Valentine’s Day celebration is all about expressing love by various means. Whatever be the way of celebration, food is always a part of it. However, time has changed. Now, we look foreward to celebrate this special day, but without adding any unnecessary calories.

You can try them.
If your beloved is not really a foodie then why don’t you try to give her a bath or spa kit. If he or she is fond of watching those emotional and romantic movies then choose some CD or DVD of those sorts and present her.
Next, we would discuss about the Valentine treat, you are going to give to your partner. If you are going to adhere to your strict dietary regime then inform him or her about your plan beforehand. It will help him or her to choose the venue of the treat accordingly, where low calorie dishes, should be in the menu.
Every celebration usually ends with mouthwatering dessert. If you are conscious of extra calorie, then why don’t you go for a strawberry or cherry gelatin mold with fat free topping? Yes, such options are available in the market. Another option for low calorie dessert is to replace the chocolate mousse by the mixture of cocoa powder and fat-free milk.
