• Do regular and right exercises in the gym or you can even lift weights at home only to burn the extra layer of fat.
• Prefer eating homemade food with whole grains for a nutritious and healthy diet.
• Avoid sugar-sweetened drinks and prefer low- fat milk.
• Proper rest and sleep as well as having lots of water also help to keep your body fit and healthy.
Weight loss is also possible through surgery. Getting slim overnight is possible through various surgeries. One such surgery is stomach ballooning in which a balloon inflated with water is inserted in the stomach. Liposuction involves introduction of a substance into the fatty areas to suck out the extra layer of fats from the fatty places of the body. Another such effective surgery is Gastric bypass surgery which involves transformation of digestive system to limit the quantity of food intake.
