Don’t worry, it is not hard but you have to do it in order to achieve results. A week is too less, right? Anyone who is smart will know. Read on to know more about how you will be able to lose your weight in a short span of time.

Drink Protein Shakes

Protein shakes are essential things that you need to consume a lot. These are a huge part of these diets. You’ll have to do with at least 3 every day. Add milk, a banana or an apple and add the protein powder. 25 grams will do wonders in achieving the thing that you consider impossible.

This protein powder should have no more than six grams of carbohydrates per serving which you must have in your mind when you are preparing them. Then enjoy the shake, as it will be tasty to consume

Solid meals – two a day

Eat eggs in the morning, if possible. Add salad and protein for dinner. Eggs are user friendly. You can cook up many dishes with them or you can consume them in side dishes for most of the dishes that feature on your menu.

Add peppers, onion, cream, and a dash of hot sauce. Keep experimenting so you are not fed-up consuming the same dish each day as this could become boring at some point of time.

Now coming to the salad, add black beans, chicken breast, lean beef (4-6 ounces) or just a salmon fillet. Top up with lettuce and vegetables. Don’t forget to add protein.

Snacks

These are essential parts. Focus on low calorie yoghurt and eat apples for the fiber. Mix up the two if you are willing to. The yoghurt provides protein and apples give you fiber.
