Long Hours Before Computer Can Strain Eyes

After working on computers for long our, our eyes start drooping. We feel, as if our eyes are getting dried up. Sometimes, we also feel heaviness with pain in our eyes. It is very much clear that eyes get strained, when we work before computer for long hours daily. What is the solution then? I cannot prescribe you to stop using computers, as every kind of job demands the use of computers. I can just suggest you to take care of your eyes.

Don’t think that taking care of eyes means using the most expensive moisturizer or other eye care products available in the market. Most of the products, which claim to give instant result for your dark circle and eye wrinkles resulted from strain on your eyes, are hardly effective. Don’t expect for miracle. Rather, try to maintain a regular eye care regime, using homemade remedies and some light exercise for your eyes.
First let me tell you about few ‘things to do’ while you are working in office.

These tips can bring you immediate relief.  The moment your eyes feel tired, start looking at some distant objects other than computers for 5-10 minutes. Similar break from looking at computers should be taken in every one to two hours of work.

Likewise, try to move your eyeball clockwise and anti clockwise while closing the eyes. Do this light exercise two to three times and your eyes will be ready to work for the next session.

Now, once you are back from work, keep wet tea bags on your eyes for about 10 minutes. This process brings back the freshness to your tired eyes. Before you leave for office, you keep those tea bags in freeze to use later.

If you are facing problems of dark circle or wrinkles due to strain then there is home remedy for it. Prepare a mixture of cucumber and potato juice in bulk. Keep the juice in freeze and apply it regularly with the help of a wade of cotton after coming from office and get the result.
