Link Between Diet And Menstruation
The pain and anxiety associated with menstruation is quite difficult to endure. Here in this article, I will talk about how to get relief from the menstrual and premenstrual symptoms. Don’t think that I am going to suggest you to go for medication. Rather, I would give you some dietary tips, which can help you endure the menstruation pain and mood swings. Yes, I don’t believe in gulping down medicine, rather going for some alternative options.
According to gynaecologists, if you restrict yourself to a vegetarian diet during the menstruation or few days before the date then, you would definitely feel the difference. Yes, intensity of pain will be lesser, if your diet does not consist of meat. Not only pain, you will experience an improvement in your moods as well.
Now, you must be thinking that why to avoid meat. Actually, the problem lies in meat containing too much of protein, which makes your body acidic and eventually the pain gets aggravated. Apart from that if you are into regular exercise (not during menstruation), enjoying sound sleep and getting plenty of sun shine and fresh air then this healthy lifestyle will have a positive impact upon your menstruation pain and mood swing.
Before concluding, I would again suggest you not to go for medication just to get rid of pain and anxiety. In case you feel your case is of extreme or severe type then consult a doctor. To be relived from the pain, you can use a heating pad on your stomach. When you are menstruating, never go for junk food. Just be a vegetarian with having lots of vegetables. Yes, if you can include loads of fruits and vegetables in your diet then, you will definitely witness lighter flow of blood during those days with stomach cramps of low intensity.
