Lets Make Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin pie is so yummy and delicious you will not dare to take your eyes off. It is quite famous in America and they make the best pumpkin pie. Don’t worry, here are the tips which will enable you to make like them or tastier than Americans. 

The first you must do proper boil which means boil it thoroughly; it should not be half boiled. Cut the pumpkin into half discarding the seeds inside. Don’t forget to peel. Place the pieces in a saucepan and pour water and cover it. Once it is cooked mash it.

You can cook it in micro woven also. When the pumpkin is cooked properly then leave it for over night to drain water. Don’t include pumpkin skin in the pie this will spoil the taste. Filter it with strainer in order to get the pure one. After this put it in one container and keep in the refrigerator again for over night. The drained puree can be used as canned pumpkin as well.

Here comes the real recipe of pumpkin pie making. It is best to serve the fresh pumpkin puree while putting simply cream on top of it. But if you are making for canned pumpkin then take these ingredients: one medium sugar pumpkin, one tsp vegetable oil, take pastry, ½ tsp of ground ginger, cinnamon, 1 tsp of salt, four eggs bitten nicely, one cup honey, ½ cup of milk and ½ heavy whipping cream.

Now let’s learn the direction; apply oil on cut pumpkin piece and place down on a jelly roll pan and line with foil, slightly mix the oil on foil so that pie stays smoothly. Put the pumpkin cooked one and mix with beaten eggs, honey, milk, cream and pour it in pie shell. Bake at 400 degree for 50 to 55 minutes. Then check it by pricking knife inside the pie edge. You cool it on a wire rack. Pumpkin pie is ready to eat.
