Let’s Make Mushroom Bamboo Shoot Soup Recipe
This soup is easy to make and tasty to taste. It doesn’t take much time like any other soup recipe and one of the most vital informations about this soup is that it is very filing too, so you can have this soup to fill your hunger. You can eat it at any time; there is no time limit or any restriction.
Collect the ingredients and they are very simple and a few. Gather mushroom, chicken, bamboo shoots, pepper and ginger. Let’s learn in detail how to make this soup. Take four oz canned mushroom or if you can find fresh mushroom it is better, and then take eight oz of bamboo shoots, fourteen oz of chicken broth, pepper should not be forgotten and it should be white pepper and finally take ginger.
Boil water, take chicken broth and pour into bowl. Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots but don’t forget to strain them. Next white pepper should be sprinkled and ginger as per the taste you require. After this cover your bowl in a microwave for completely two minutes. Preparation can go as per the number of people who you want to serve; accordingly you can make the quantity. This soup is healthy to eat.
If you are a vegetarian, you can opt for vegetarian bamboo mushroom soup. There are varieties in vegetarian preparation as well. Fresh bamboo shoots and fresh mushrooms are difficult to get so you can get them in cans and they are easily available in any good shops. However, make sure to see the expiry date of the products otherwise sometimes what happens is that you may end up getting food poisoning. Bamboo shoots may not lead to food poisoning but mushrooms are very prone to it so take the fresh packets.
