Lets Learn How To Make Chocolate Hazelnut tart

The moment we talk about chocolate many of you must be salivating.  Food recipe is always exciting especially when you are hammering your head to learn new items and it makes you feel happy right!  All those who love cooking and experimenting new food recipe will definitely try this.

Chocolate is everyone’s lover, we like to eat but don’t know how to make it. So let’s try out these steps.  First of all let’s collect all the ingredients that are needed. Check if you have all of them. But before this you have to keep two things in kind, one is to have sweet base and second is for the filling.

Pack up all the ingredients together. They are : 300gms caster sugar, 240 dark chocolate, 150gms light roasted and grinned hazelnut, 360gms biscuit, if non-vege 6 egg yolk and egg white and for sweet taste : 1 tart mould refined flour, unsalted butter, large eggs and caster sugar.

Now let’s learn the method one by one. For the sweet base mix all the ingredients for this flavour until they become creamy. Start adding eggs and fold in the flour. With plastic film wrap the dough and keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours. Avoid stickiness by butter. Take the tart and cut the rim and place on top butter paper. Bake in medium oven for 20 minutes until light golden colour appears.

Use double boiler and place the butter and chocolate in bowl. Add all the ingredients when the mixture is melted. Add your flavour depending what flavour you want. Now whip up the white egg with sugar until you get the mixture.
All the ingredients with ground biscuit, hazelnut, chocolate mixture carefully and meringue together. At 180 C and for 30 to 40 minutes fill the bake and mould until mixture is baked.

Now the decoration is your part and make it in whichever way one wants to. Serve the chocolate after dusting the top layer. What a yummy chocolate!
