Lets Cook Some Kashmiri Chicken
Let’s be adventurous this time. How often did you ever really think of moving out of your chicken curry or chilly chicken or simple chicken? Food is something which you have to be innovative and make your family a new recipe. Let them taste something new and you carry the credit of great cook. Mothers flatter when you say something in the name of praise. They like to hear good things or applause especially if it’s in cooking.
So mothers and who ever likes to cook something new, let’s try this Kashmiri chicken.
Give surprise to your family members today evening. Let’s have a look at the preparation tips. Make sure you read them again to not forget while you cook. The first and most important thing is that you have to collect all the ingredients. Make sure you have 2.0lbs of breast skin removed chicken ready in the kitchen. Then you take ½ cup of yoghurt and take grinned onion of atleast one cup. Keep all the ingredients in one place so that you don’t forget or miss even a single item.
Include ½ cup of ground cashew nut, don’t miss to soak them an hour or more so that you don’t find difficulties while grinding them. Two med tomatoes and chopped them into two pieces, fresh ginger ground of 1 square, 5 to 6 coves of garlic ground, 6 t0 7 whole green cardamom, one tsp of cayenne, 2 tsp of sliced almonds and two tsp corn oil.
Then start to heat oil and put the ground onions and stir them till you get the pinkish colour. Add garlic and ginger and don’t stop to fry till you get the brown colour. Cardamom and chicken are to put in the oil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame. After this add yoghurt tomatoes, red chili powder. Continue to stir. After you cook for 30 minutes add ground cashew and hit for another 3 minutes and then garnish with almond silver. Your Kashmiri chicken is ready to serve.
