The quinic acid found in cranberry juice helps prevent the liquid protein that is always present in a person’s kidneys from binding and forming kidney stones. Although most kidney stones aren’t harmful they can be extremely painful when they move into your urinary tract.

Improve Cholesterol

Doctors recommend a steady diet of cranberry juice to patient that have high cholesterol, The polyphenols in the cranberry juice help raise the patient’s HDL (good cholesterol) levels, At the same time the  polyphenols also prevent the LDL (bad cholesterol) from entering the heart and clogging arteries.

Make sure that the brand of cranberry juice you choose is one hundred percent natural and doesn’t contain and preservatives and additives. If you find the taste of the juice to be bitter you can add some apple juice as a sweetener.
