Laughter Is Good For Health
Health professionals state a proven fact that laughter acts as a therapy or medicine for physical and mental health. It has been investigated, how our mood impacts our immune systems and illness and has been found that laughter plays a helpful role in fighting viruses, bacteria, cancer and heart disease. Stress can badly affect our immune system and a hearty laughter can strengthen the immune system. It was found that watching an hour hilarious film or series etc. reduces levels of stress hormone, thus, helping the immune system counter viruses and bacteria.
Doctors say that mere imagination of laughing can help. A research was undertaken on few men. There stress signs measured was asked to see a humorous video for three days. On the fourth day, when inquired it was said that spirits lifted before viewing the video. Mere thinking of humor can affect life and health positively. Positive anticipation of humor changes moods by diverting the mind and help the body fight illness. This shows that even anticipation of laughter can help patients in various illnesses.
So, it is very distinct from the finding that planning humor can benefit our health.
So, one should start finding cool ways of amusing oneself, like watching a funny movie, spending time with humorous people and chatting on jokes etc. The employees, boss, professors etc in various firms should liven up their speeches to create a healthy atmosphere.
A cheerful heart is the best medicine in any kind of ailment, but low spirit further complicates the problem. So, laugh as much as you can. One should also try to wear a smile on face throughout the day. It automatically invites the other smiling faces towards you. Moreover, laughter strengthens the lung and stronger lung further boosts the metabolism of heart, kidney and many other organs of our body.
