With the name strawberry comes into mind, my mouth starts watering. It is not only me, people across the world seems to be crazy for this fruit and its delicious flavor. Let me tell you that strawberry is not only a delicious fruit but also it has tremendous health qualities.
My objective of telling you about this fruit is to make you aware about its wonderful health perspective apart from its taste. We hardly make effort to know completely about the fruits, we eat regularly. I feel that you should know about their health benefits, so that you can be motivated to have them throughout your life. You can also make your kids better understand and convince of having fruits rather than having fast packed foods.
Like most of the fruits, strawberry has also the ability to remove toxins from your body by purifying the blood. If you have a very poor digestion system then, have strawberry regularly. Apart from that, it can also help you in getting rid of gout, blood pressure, constipation, rheumatism, catarrh and even skin cancer.
These days, you will find numerous creams claiming to have added the ingredients of strawberry. Why I am mentioning this because, you should know that strawberry is very good for clean and clear skin. Without applying cream, if you can consume the fruit regularly, then it would be more effective.
If you want healthy gums and bring sparkle to your teeth then cut strawberry into slices and rub them on teeth and gums. If you allow the juice of strawberry to be remained on your teeth for a while then you can see the difference of colour in your teeth.
Next time, when you are shopping fruits just remember the strawberry’s advantages and pick some for you.
