We blindly say healthy health without knowing the real happiness and freedom one can get from being healthy. Have you ever realized that when you are healthy you are actually truly free from all mental and physical anxieties?  Thus, it is true that health is the wealth. There is no real wealth without health. Be healthy to feel happy.
Creation of modern machine and latest technology has moved the healthy environment to unhealthy. In the process we suffer a lot. In order to maintain healthy atmosphere you must be fit enough.

When do you feel you are healthy enough? You should be able to analyze about your own health. The core existence of our life is to be able to fight against all odds. This is possible when we are truly healthy form mind and body. Being healthy doesn’t only mean from physical fitness. It could be your mental statement. When we are perfect you have better chance to excel in life.

The freedom to do anything and to sustain the zeal will not merely come to your hand unless you work out. The workout is conducive only when your mind is free from ailments.

Mental happiness and one’s freedom do not come easily. It’s crucial to keep note of your diet. Diet here doesn’t mean only having a balanced diet. It stands for everything that matters to live sound health.
Inculcate the art of leading a life smilingly. They say your smile can defeat the enemy at the beneath. Your life style has to be an inclusion of all positive aspects. This will surely give you happiness.

We all know proper food intake benefits your health immensely but at the same time you must have observed that inspite of eating good food some people don’t gain much from it. This indicates that you should be mentally happy as well. Your unhealthy habit could be accountable to your unhappiness and ill mental health condition.
