Know How To Get Rid Of Hangover
Alcohol is an amazing drink as long as we know the limit. Sometimes, consciously or unknowingly, we end up consuming more than the limit and the consequence is bad hangover. When you get up in the morning with a heavy head and drooping eyes due to last night’s mistake, you again promise not to commit it again. You are not alone doing this; many of us do the same mistake again and again.
It is very important to know some ways how to get rid of the hangover. Here, in this article, I would talk about hangover, their symptoms and the solution to get rid of it.
Hangover is nothing but a physical stage, where the body reacts repulsively after extreme consumption of liquor. Apart from affecting physically, hangover’s socio-economic consequences are also crucial, which should be dealt carefully.
There is multitude of symptoms, which could be witnessed by a person suffering from hangover. The common symptom is the headache, sensitivity to light, nausea and a very poor feeling of overall health. There is possibility of suffering from diarrhea, increased heart rate, fatigue and loss of appetite. The above described symptoms can vary from person to person.
Before talking about the cures of hangover, I would like to tell you about its prevention. Prevention is better than cure, so be watchful about the steps, which can prevent you from having a hangover. First of all don’t cross your limit of consumption of alcohol. Don’t mix up many kinds of alcohol and have it. Avoid having alcohol in empty stomach.
If you have started getting the symptoms of hangover then drink a lot of water and keep your body hydrated. If you can manage then try to have prickly pear cactus fruit. In case of stomach trouble, have a glass of buttermilk. Drink coffee to reduce the headache.
