Juice Therapy for Weight Loss
Juices are effective way to lose weight, gain energy, and detoxify the body from the harmful effects of digestion and environmental toxins. Drinking beverages can satisfy your urge to nibble when you’re trying to lose weight. Although juice and milk have many important nutrients, they also contain a lot of calories. Solid food and juices contain same amount of calories so it is important to keep track of the calorie in the beverages you drink.
A balanced diet also includes juices and milk. Even physicians suggest serving size is 8 ounces for milk and 6 ounces for fruit juice. Most juice fasts last from one to five days. 100 per cent fruit and vegetable juices – occasionally diluted with filtered water – are the only foods allowed during the fast.
Here are some juice recipes that can help you lose quick weight.
Ginger Apple Cider
Take a 1 inch piece of ginger.
Also take 3 apples
1 cup apple cider.
Peel the apples and put all the ingredients together in a mixer.
Mash well
Serve in a desirable manner.
Add seasoning to your juice.

This juice is tasty as well as it provides health benefits to the body. The juice keeps you full and that will help you to lose weight.
Fruit Nectar
Take an orange (peeled and sectioned in slices)
½ cup of raspberries
Raspberries should be either fresh or thawed from frozen
Take 1 nectarine it should be pitted and sliced.
Mix all the ingredients
Put them in juicer and processed for 3 minutes.
Seasoned with lemon pie.
Serve in desirable manner.
