Iron For Women
Women are you aware of the fact that most of 75% women are anaemic? Iron deficiency is what taking the toll on women’s health. Women become the most favourite victim for anaemia since they lost blood and vitamin during their menstruation, pregnancy and also due to poor dietary habits. This problem is caused due to lesser amount of intake of vitaminB12 and folic acid. Deficiency is most widely spread in India among women and girls.
How to avoid anaemia. The best step is to check your diets. Start with vitaminB12 content foods and folic acids. They are high in iron content. You must increase the intake of iron content foods. Make sure you are keeping in tone with the best vegetables and fruits. If you are vegetarian vitamin B12 must be taken regularly as a supplement to avoid deficiency.
Spinach is also the great source of iron. Some of the fishes are also high in iron content.
Since most Indian girls and ladies are vegetarians, you can take oral iron pills before taking food in empty stomach. Eat plenty of citric acid content fruits as much as you can. You will find in oranges and many other known fruits and foods.
If you are non vegetarian then you have many options to fight this disease. Eat eggs, fish, beans, bread, whole grains, meat, dark green vegetables and diary products. The more attention must be paid if you are expecting. This is the ideal time for anaemia to attack you. Eat plenty of calcium and iron content fruits and vegetables. You can take oral pills of vitamin B12 and calcium.
This dreadful disease is taking the lives of women and girls, one should never neglect food. You must eat balanced diet everyday to fight it away. Make sure vitB12 is taken.
