Ignite Your Metabolism
The people earnestly trying to down their weight do not seem to understand the key factor in losing weight. Men want a body with four or six packs but they are unable to do so without proper exercise and knowledge about their body. The faster you want to become lean, the more immovable your fat accumulation becomes.
It is actually self-protection, which means that the body intends to guard your fuel treasury which it feels is getting depleted. This is your body’s instinctive metabolic activity due to its perception of scarcity in food intake in the future. So the best way to circumvent such activity by the body is simply to ignite your metabolism.

1. Study the correlation between your exercise and your metabolism. This will help you speed up burning of fat deposits. Whatever exercises you do, there is a clear amount of fat deposits it burns. Researches all around the world explain that as your body gets used to your exercise routine, the body’s capacity for exercise become greater. That means for the same amount of exercise, body will not burn the same amount of fat in future, and the resultant fat loss will be relatively low.
2. If you want to lose 10 kilograms of weight you should not only focus on the time spent exercising but also the period. During the day, you should try to do interval workouts. Make your body furnace active throughout the day burning excessive fat.
3. Repeating the exercises could result in burning more fat. Researches point out that repeating each exercise step 8 to 15 times have resulted in higher metabolic rate than taking fewer numbers.
4. You have to employ a load that gives a sufficient challenge. For example, taking ten repetitions of an exercise may not be successful. That may be only 50 percent of the labor your muscles are really able to do. You are expected to use around 90 percent of muscle capacity.
5. It is found that the amount of hormones that burn fat increases while doing a cycle of exercise
6. An interesting fact you should remember is that taking rest in between exercises increases metabolic rate. After doing adequate repetitions, take one minute rest and the period will witness the burning of more fat and metabolic rate will also be increased.
