This may a surprising thing for some people that a large majority of cavities are completely painless. The reason behind this is enamel has no nerves and no nerves means no pain. A cavity is often responsible for a tooth that breaks. The cavity weakens the tooth, especially when it forms under a filling or a tooth cusp, and can easily cause a fracture when biting down. You can remove the cavity and there is a way that you can keep your teeth healthy and clean as brush twice daily(in morning and before going to bed) .There is not way to treat go to doctor after having finding a cavity in your teeth.

• Floss your teeth every night. You can get a fluoride wash.
• Use the soft toothbrush and toothpaste and clean your mouth gently, as hard brush can harm to cavity.
• Use a mouthwash chewing gum as it will prove healthy for your teeth.
• Avoid eating chocolate and sweets.
• Don’t use any pointed thing or your nails on your teeth as it can harm upper enmel.
• Watch your diet as avoid eating too much starchy and sticky food.
• Visit your dentist regularly.
