How To Slow Down Aging Process

March 6, 2009

Ageing is an inevitable stage in life. No one can avoid it. However, we can try to slow down the process of aging. Yes, many people have been successfully able to slow down the process, which I have seen in my eyes.

One of my aunts looks young as if she is at her 30’s, but actually, she is in the wrong side of forty.  If it could be possible in her case then why it cannot be for us. Meanwhile trying to find out various ways to slow down the ageing process, I came across many ways. However, I will share some with you, which I found authentic.

Firstly, have a watch on what you are eating. Yes, the more and more vitamin A and C, you could add into your diet through vegetables and fruits, it would help you look young till very late. The fruits containing the above ingredients, actually work as anti oxidants, which really helps in keeping the cell alive for longer period. Include loads of citrus fruits, orange, carrot, spinach and squash in your daily diet.

Whatever you eat, a twenty minutes brisk walk is necessary. You can also opt for other form of doing exercise, but it should be must in your daily activities.

Restrain from having foods containing high amount of fats. Yes, try to restrain yourself from having packed and fast food. Or else, in long term, it can clog up your vital arteries, blocking the blood flow in a smooth process.

Keep your body well hydrated, which is a very important aspect to remember. Intake of sufficient fluid is necessary. Apart from that, you need to feel healthy mentally as well. It is important to feel relaxed and enjoy the life. Practice the above tips and look young forever.
