How To Make Chicken Breast Salad

Chicken is good for health as long as you make dishes out of it adding very less spice and oil. Given this fact, here in this article, I would tell you about how to make chicken breast salad, which is delicious and healthy at the same time.

Let me tell you the ingredients for this recipe first. Yes, you need at least four boneless chicken breast halves. Make it a point that you clean them properly and remove the skin of the breast completely. Three table spoon or one fourth cup of flour and half cup of chicken broth. Take more than half cup of mango chutney along with seven green onions, which you need to slice them into thin pieces. For flavor and garnishing, you need garlic powder, salt according to your taste, one fourth teaspoon of dried basil leaf and two to three spoon of olive oil.

In the next step, I will tell you about how to prepare the recipe. Heat a large skillet putting olive oil into it and by the time it becomes highly heated, you need sprinkle salt and pepper lightly over the chicken breast pieces.

When the heat of the skillet reaches to higher degree, place the chicken pieces on the hot skillet. Cook them for five minutes on each side, until they turn brown in colour. Yes, if you want to cook them in lesser time then flatten the chicken breast halves before placing them on to skillet.

Now, you need to make a mixture, adding chicken broth, garlic powder, basil leaf and the chutney. Once it is made, pour the chutney over the browned chicken. Now, you need to lower the flame to reduce the heat and again let the whole thing cook for another ten to fifteen minutes.

Make sure that chicken  is cooked properly and then you can add green onions and let it be cooked for another minute and then you can serve the dish while it is hot.
