How To Make Banana Bread

Banana bread is an eatable delicacy which you can make at your home without much effort and on top of all it is healthy.
Time of preparation
It takes about 90 minutes to finish the whole process.
Ingredients
The following things are required to bake the banana bread.
Two eggs,
1 ¼ cups of sifted flour
2 table spoons of baking powder
¼ table spoons of baking soda
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
2/3 cup sugar
Salt according to the amount of other ingredients
1 cup banana mashed of about 3 bananas.
Non-stick spray also needed.

How to prepare
Heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius before baking. Beat the eggs and mix properly and keep them. Take a medium size bowl and add the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Get a large bowl and put the vegetable oil into it. Keep on adding sugar bit by bit and beat it till the mixture becomes fluffy. Then add the beaten eggs in the large bowl mixture and beat nicely together. Add some flour and continue beating. Some more beating and adding of the mashed banana and beat again.  Continue the process of adding flour, banana and beating them till they are mixed well. You can use chopped nuts with the mixture if you like for added flavour. Pour the mixture in pan coating it with non stick spray and bake at least 70 minutes. Flip the bread over and take it out of the pan. Let it be cool and then make slices and serve.

One preparation as given above serves 16 persons, one slice each. Per serving contains 145 calories, 2g protein, 5g fat, 24g carbohydrate, 1g fibre, 27mg cholesterol, 155mg sodium, 37mg calcium, 0.8mg iron. The nutrition is likely to vary according to the used brand.
