How To Live Happily Everyday
Life circles around within this 24 hours and 7 days. Your happiness depends on how you live. The first thing you see is your health and beneath your healthy health, there lies your eating and clean life style that you live.
To be happy you should eat well, all balanced foods. Sometimes eating good food do not merely help you to have healthy and cheerful life, you should be mentally strong and happy.
To be happy you should lead a clean and stress free life. The first thing one must do is to begin your day with prayer. Then walk down from the bed and look at something which you believe and regard as lucky for you. Then take a turn to bathroom for eliminating all the dirt.
Do regular brush and use mouth fresh in the morning because your mouth stinks badly in winter. Drink a glass of water after you are done with cleaning. Don’t sip tea unless you drink water before it. There lies the secrete of being healthy. Drinking tea in empty stomach can cause acidity and it may even lose your hunger. So make it a point to drink water before sipping tea.
Do exercise if not heavily at least a bit of it, it will rejuvenate your blood circulation. Don’t take breakfast before working out. The next step is to have a bath after the exercise and then sit for the breakfast. Your breakfast must contain all nutritious fruits and foods. Have a healthy breakfast in the morning; it really makes a big difference. Your lunchbox can have minimal.
Take all 3 times meal and least one should be your dinner. Take light food for dinner, this will make you healthy and light. Do not involve so much oily foods in your daily meal and add more of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Conclude your day with a nice meaningful prayer with the thoughts that what you have done in a day. This is the way to live happily.
