How To Get Rid Of Under Eye Dark Circles
A healthy skin is a source of pleasure, not only to its owner but also to the one who looks at it. To possess a nice skin is an insurance against disease, the ideal of every individual as well as every medical man.
There are several causes for under eye bags, puffiness, or dark circles. Some of these are: heredity, water retention, toxin build up, a change in weather, hormones, allergic reactions, as well as health issues or complications from medications.
The following things can help you to get rid of under eye dark circles.
• The most important and relevant way to get rid of under eye dark circles is to take properly balanced diet. Proper diet is helpful in filling of proper requirement of nutrition.
• Water not only help you to stay hydrated it also help you to get rid of toxins as it flush out the harmful toxins from your body. It also reduces the chance of water retention.
• Sodium is also a big culprit in helping the body retain excess water and to reduce the bags under your eyes you may want to drastically reduce the salt in your diet.
• Cucumbers are very helpful in reduction of eye puffiness and dark circles. So, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
• Take lavender and floral water, mix the both well. Now, apply it to affected area as it will help to provide relief from eye puffiness, dark circles and swallowed eyes.
• Many a times taking too much salt can be the cause of under eye dark circles. So if you don’t want the dark circles try to cut off the salt intake in your diet.
• Another cause can be lack of sleep. If you are not taking proper sleep the chances of increased under eye dark circle are more. Try to take sound sleep as sound sleep can help you to remove dark circles as it provides you proper rest.
• Take a tablespoon of tomato juice, half teaspoon of lime juice and a pinch of turmeric powder and a pinch of gram flour. Mix all the things well and apply the paste on the affected area. Wash with cold water after 10 minutes.
• If you have chronic puffiness, dark circles, or bags under your eyes you should consult a physician to determine if the bags are a symptom of a more serious health concern.
