How to Decrease Body Fat
The desire for a lean and fit body has kept many people away from their favourite desserts and puddings. In fact, it is this desire to look good and fit that has led to the boom of many businesses like health clubs, gymnasiums, aerobic classes, and so on.
However, it is not necessary to spend 10 hours in a day inside the gym to get rid of body fat. All you need to do is to change your lifestyle little bit and take on few new habits and then you will be the proud owner of a good body in just few months. Following are some of the best ways to lose the body fat go through them and get a complete idea of how to decrease your body fat.
Effective Ways to Lose Body Fat:
• Distribute your meal of the day between smaller meals rather than going for large meals like go for 5-6 meals in a day in place of 3 large meals a day and keep gap of 2-3 hours between two consecutive meals. It will burn the calories and boost your metabolism.
• Increase more water consumption in a day like at least 8 glasses on water in a day.
• Strictly refuse oily food and food with high intensity of sugar in it as both will increase body fat.
• To reduce weight do not eat less or miss your meal as this will result in burning of calories even at slower rate than before.
• Work out regularly with the guidance of instructor to reduce body fat and to increase your muscles.
• Incorporate low intensity aerobic exercises, like stationary biking for 30 minutes in a day and 3-4 times in a week.
• Instead of missing a meal concentrate on proper and balanced diet. Make sure that your diet includes 65-70% carbohydrates, 15-20% proteins and lesser fats like (10%-15%).
• Try to avoid unhealthy snacks. If you feel hungry between your daily meals, always keep healthy snacks, like puffed rice, fruits, etc, handy.
• While you are free try to keep yourself busy in something this will help you to avoid snacking on unhealthy food while you are idle.
• Whenever you are having your meal, eat slowly and chew each bite properly. This will help you keep off over-eating.
• Add a lot of negative-calorie foods in your diet as they consume more energy in getting digested than what they give to the body.
• Make sure you avoid aerated soft drinks, as they are terrible for your health and also add non essential calories. Instead, you can try fruit juice, milk like products that are more nutritious.
