How one should eat for healthy skin

Blueberries provide excellent antioxidants, so to protect you from premature aging, mix half a cup in your cereal or yogurt or something else you take regularly.

The Spinach

The vegetable with dark green leaves contains loads of nutrition and antioxidants. It is loaded with lutein, which helps you to keep your eyes healthy. Spinach also contains a good source for vitamins B, C and E as well as calcium, iron, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium which is very good for healthy skin.

The Tomatoes

Red tomatoes are a very good source of anti aging anti-oxidant lycopene. The Lycopene contained in tomatoes can be absorbed very easily in the body when they are cooked and you can also mix extra virgin oil of some amount which will help the body to absorb it better.

The Kiwis

This is a super fruit, which is full of anti oxidants and vitamin C, which helps to keep the skin wrinkle free and helps to keep the skin firm. Apart from that, it is very good to keep the teeth and bones healthy. It is well known to protect the person from heart disease and even from cancer.

The Dark Chocolates

Wow… chocolates!!! The one you really like is the one to help you the best. These dark chocolates keep the skin hydrated and protect it from any kind of sun damage. You can rate the chocolate with the highest mark which contains the high amount of flavanol content and with 60 percent of cacao.

The Salmon

This wild fruit is rated as one of the best, which contains an immense amount of omega-3 fatty acids. These acids help you to maintain the moisture and suppleness in your skin. Salmon also contains selenium, which is a mineral to protect your skin from any kind of sun exposure.

Always keep in mind to buy fresh wild salmon and not the one which is farm raised, because reports of the recent media coverage say that salmon raised in some farms contain some amount of toxic substance.
