How About Going For A Rice Beer
Rice beer is a famous Asian country’s drink, especially in Japan. It’s a traditional drink there and some parts of the other Asian countries as well. People have a misconception that drinking rice beer has a problem. Remove the taboo and try this, you must try this drink once in a life time. Explore your drinks; you can even prepare it by yourself in your house. Its easy and healthy if drank in moderate.
The drink is not far, take an explorative tour to north east India you will get the flavoure.They make it out of their local rice and it is also called fermented rice. The benefit is that you will have glowing skin and even health wise it is good. However, you must know how to control your intake or consumption. It is good only when you drink it under control that’s like when drank in moderate.
The preparation can be done in this way. Boil the rice and spread the cooked rice on long carpet and let the rice get cold. There after put fermented medicines which are again made from rice itself. Then mix the medicine with rice very well, there should not be any patch which is left out. When you are done with the mixing, put the rice in a big container. Make sure you have covered it nicely. Keep the fermented rice for a week if you want to get the strong taste otherwise you can remove even after three to four days. However, this is not possible in winter, in this extreme temperature it takes time to get fully done. In summer you don’t have to keep it for a week; it is done within three days.
After this add water and start oozing the juice from the rice and drink it. For removing rice particles for the beer you use big or large sieve. The taste is amazing, bet you will not regret.
