High Calorie Diet

Today, in health conscious society, many people are aware of high calorie foods. They are the foods sometimes referred to as “junk” and have high calories in them. Here is a list of foods that are healthy but considered high calorie diet.
1. Juices-If you drink a glass of fruit juice, it is a great healthy option that contains calories equal to 5 day vegetable and fruit calorie. Drinking one glass of juice at breakfast and then a couple throughout the day could mean you are unwittingly notching up a lot of calories. Following is a list of calories contained in some high calorie diet.
• Apple juice (200ml) – 94 kcals, and if you take three glasses a day it means total is 282 kcal.
• Orange juice (200ml) -87.7 kcals and if you intake three glasses a day it will result to 260 kcal.
2. Soups- A cup of soup can turn your appetite huge. If you not check the calories and if it comes in cream base it will be high calorie content. Crackers, rolls and breads tend to jack up calories particularly when it comes with butter.
3. Nuts- Almost all nuts contained monounsaturated and other helpful ingredients which are good for heart but they are high in calories and fats. If the amount of calories is controlled then it may not cause any harm.
4. Beef- If you serve a beef strip for breakfast it will prove high calorie diet as three slices of it contain 153 calories.
5. White meat- If you are a non vegetarian but are calorie conscious too, you may take a look before eating it as amount of calories is very high. Chicken breast, which is supposed to be the healthiest and fat-less part of this type of white meat has 78 calories for each serving which contains about 70 grams.
6. Olive oil- Olive oil is healthier than regular cooking oil and generally used for frying. Very few people know that a tablespoon of olive oil contains 40 calories.
7. Chocolates- Chocolates are loved by all people of any of age but can you know a mini chocolate or candy bar contains 37 calories.
8. Salted Butter- Salted butter has 36 calories for each 5-gram serving. The calories should pile up and depends on the thickness of the butter or margarine that you’ll spread on the bread.
9. Cheese- One serving of the good old cheddar cheese packs 69 calories.



























i want to increase my weight as i am of 21yr and 48kg weight.please suggest me diet to increase weight
