Apart from eating regularly do a bit of physical exercise. This will tone your body and you shall be active and healthy. As one ages, eye sights also decreases and in order to improve eye sight taking regular fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin A is the only solution. Age can be hidden if you know the secrete of fruits and vegetables so, eat them and flaunt your beautiful skin.
