There is good news for all those heart patience. This winter could have dragged you crazy if you were told not to munch or chew peanuts. Some rumours were spread that a person who has cardiovascular problem can not eat peanuts since this may increase the deposition of fats in the veins and may stop the flow of blood.
However, this has been ruled out that you can actually grab peanuts. Winter is the season for this warm provider. People believe that if consumption is regular you can keep cold at bay. The trick is that peanuts increase the body hot. According to the known scientist there is no risk adding nuts in your diet or meal. Peanuts are legumes and not a nut. You may add weight or some calories but you are not likely to suffer from heart disease instead it is good to eat due to its capacity to decrease the risk of heart problem.
There is an old saying that the peanuts are friends of village folks. They are eaten on regular basis in the village and so far there is no disease related to these peanuts has been actually detected. Infact, it has been proved that intake of peanuts improve the body temperature during winter.
There is good news for all of you that in University of Purdue has come out and even showcased the benefits of eating peanuts on cardiac health. They came out that consumption of peanut helps both men and women especially who are suffering from cardiovascular problem. So increase the amount or quantity of intake of peanuts this winter not only to keep warm but to check your heart problem. Besides this, you can also eat walnuts, almonds, pecans and pistachios. They don’t damage you as you think them to be. Eat peanuts and remain healthy.
