Oranges are another excellent fruit because of the Vitamin C to help you stay healthy summer and winter and the Vitamin B will ward off heart disease and strokes.

Not to mention that it is great for diabetics since it reduces your blood sugar level. The beta-carotene in carrots has been known to help fight cancer and make your immune system a fighter.
Don’t forget to throw in some onions while you are making dinner. They actually help to fight stomach cancer and reduce blood clots. If you like fish, try some salmon. This fish is high in omega-3’s and can reduce your risk of a heart attack.
Beans of course make you fart but they also reduce your risk or prostate cancer and will lower your cholesterol. The 2nd most rated healing food are lemons believe it or not. Lemons are great for skins infections such as warts and boils but they also fight germs and infections.
The number one food on the get well list is, ready, garlic. Yes, it causes bad breathe so eat a mint. Garlic actually fights cancer better than any other food on the market. This list of great properties that this little wonder clove has is indispensable.
Do your research and make sure to eat your veggies and your fruits. Just by eating healthy you can keep the doctor at bay, stop popping pills and feel like a new person. Stay healthy and strong all day long. Age gracefully without fear.
