Some foods have a little bit more in them and when you consume such foods then you will have all you need for your body. Therefore, if you are stuck in some fad diet and starving yourself, then know this; you do not have to do it anymore.
Simply include these foods in your diet and you are on your way to a healthy and lean body with the least amount of stored fat.

You can make your meals based on foods like these; however, it is not necessary for you to do it. These guidelines will help you reap the most benefits.
Include 2-3 of these foods in all your meals, including one of your snacks.

Nuts like almonds and others
Keep the skin for more benefits. They build muscle and help to fight food cravings. They are rich in protein, vitamin E, monounsaturated fats, fiber, folate, magnesium and phosphorus. They fight obesity, muscle loss, heart disease and even cancer.
However, beware of smoked or salted versions.
Spinach and green veggies
They neutralise free radicals and slow down aging. They are rich in folate, vitamins A, C, K, calcium, beta-carotene, fiber and magnesium. They protect against stroke, cancer, obesity, heart disease, and osteoporosis.
Do not have them fried or have them with fattening cheese sauces.
Dairy products
They make bones strong and fire up weight loss. They fight with vitamin A, B12, calcium, phosphorus, riboflavin, and potassium, against high blood pressure, obesity, osteoporosis and cancer. However, beware of whole milk and frozen yogurt.
Instant oatmeal
This boosts energy, sex drive by reducing cholesterol and maintaining blood sugar levels. It is rich in complex carbs and fiber and fights against diabetes, heart disease, obesity and colon cancer. Beware of sugary cereals, though.
Eggs
Have eggs to build muscle and burn fat. It does so with proteins, vitamins A and B12. Have them as you like.
Turkey and lean meats
They build muscle and boost immunity. They boast of protein, iron, creatine (beef), vitamins B6, omega3 fatty acids, phosphorus and potassium. They fight obesity, heart disease, memory loss and mood disorder. However, beware of sausage, cured meats, bacon and ham.

It boosts testosterone, builds muscle and burns fat. It has a lot of protein, good fat, vitamin E, niacin and magnesium.
Whole grain breads and cereals
They have tons of fiber, which gets rid of fat. It also has protein, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin E, niacin, magnesium, calcium, zinc and potassium.
Extra protein (whey) powder
It has loads of protein, cysteine and glutathione. It builds muscles, burns fats and fights obesity. Beware of soy protein.
