Avoid intake of aspartame i.e. artificial sweeteners because they damage brain. Even a small quantity of it can have an adverse effect on the brain. Therefore it is better to avoid diet colas which contain high quantity of artificial sweeteners. One of the most dangerous chemical used in every kitchen is monosodium glutamate (MSGP which is a kind of amino acid. Though it makes the food tasty but it harms the body to a great extent.

The safe substitute for it is Tupperware. Take precautions to cook grilled food otherwise it can lead to cancer. Avoid grilling food too close to the flames and don’t use fatty meat. Even the Genetically Modified food should be strictly avoided as it can lead to allergies, nerve damage and poisoning as well. Before picking up any food just check that it is not genetically modified food.
