For better and stronger bones, wine is again useful. Yes, women, who drink wine moderately in regular basis, have stronger bone, with higher mass as well. The alcohol in wine boost the estrogen level. The hormone eventually slows down the destruction process of bones during the old age.
The last but not the least, regular consumption of wine can reduce the risk of blood-sugar. Especially, women during their pre menopause period, should drink wine to reduce the risk of suffering from type 2 diabetes. Actually, during this period, many women risk developing this disease.
