Healthy Apple Snacks

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. This is what we have been told since our very childhood. There is no doubt that apple is very good for health. However, here in this article, I would tell you about some healthy snacks, which you can make from apple. Yes, the first recipe is crispy apple, which can assure you good health and tasty as well. Especially, try this one for your children.

The ingredients, you need to prepare crispy apple are, two apples of medium size, which you need to peel and slice into pieces. Three table spoon flour, two table spoon of sugar, two table spoon butter, two table spoon of water and cinnamon for flavor.

Now, put the apple slices into two custard cups. Next you need to mix up flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter. If it’s needed then you can sprinkle a bit of water in them to prepare the mix. Use a fork to mix them up. Afterwards, you need to sprinkle that mix over the apple kept in two cups and then put into the oven. Remember to heat the oven up to 350 degrees F. before you put those cups. Bake them uncovered till the outer cover appears golden color. Once it is baked, serve them hot.

I will also share another process to make crisp apple recipe, which tastes great and healthy as well. For this, you need the ingredients of 6 apples, which are needed to be peeled and sliced. Half cup of light brown sugar along with more than one cup of graham cracker crumbs. Like as in the earlier one, here also you need two to three table spoon of melted butter and cinnamon for flavor.

Start putting layers of apples and keep sprinkling brown sugar mixed with cinnamon with each and every layer. Now, you can spread the graham cracker crumbs and top of it the melted butter. Before putting the bowl of apple to be baked for thirty minutes, the oven should be heated up to 350 degrees F.
