Know the limitations of your body. When you are working out, take it slow. Do not exhaust yourself. That will certainly not speed up the weight loss process. Doing too much exercise can and will lead to injury. Patience is a virtue. So take your time and do not overdo it when it comes to exercising.
Working out still is the best way to lose weight. Like I said, take it slow. Do not jump to an advanced stage right away. The body needs time to adjust to the workout process. Give the body the time it needs.
Last but not the least; do not set an impossible unrealistic target as that will not be wise.
