Hare Chane ki Chaat
India is a land of spices. Most of the people love to eat spicy food items. You can even see many chat sellers in the streets. This ‘Hare chane ki chaat’ is tasty and as well as health beneficial. The ingredients of this dish include chana, green chili and tomatoes as all of these items are beneficial for health. Ingredient list and preparation method is mentioned below:
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Hara chana (boiled)-2 cup
Onions (well chopped)-1cup
Green chilies (finely chopped)-3-4
Tomatoes (chopped)-1 cup
Lemon juice-1/2 spoon
Chat masala-2tsp
Coriander(well chopped)-2tsp
Butter-2tsp
Salt-according to your taste
Baked papdis(crushed)-8-10
Sev-2tsp
Preparation Time
Take a huge pan.
Heat the butter in the pan.
Fry the onion on the medium heat until the onion became pink.
Add green chanas, green chilies, tomatoes, chat masala and sauce to the pan.
Mix well and stir for 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice and toss to mix well.
Take in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander and crushed papdis.
Put the sev and lemon juice before serving.
Note-
If you add baked papdis to chaat it will great for those who are calorie conscious.
