Hard truths about Muscle growth
There are two kinds of body builders, which are hard gainers and easy gainers. The hard gainers are people who spend all their time and energy on working their butt out in the gym and gain muscles, while the easy gainers just workout for short spans but get muscle growth easily.
Many try with lots of muscle enhancement methods but they do not get any results. This is because they do not know the secrets about muscle growth and blindly follow whatever is advised by their coaches and by following the diet plan as per the commercials.
First thing, we must think over before starting any workouts is that most of the journals related to muscle building are the products of companies that produce supplements.
So, they always advertise junk food and supplements, which they produce and sell. These supplements are not good for the body as they are synthetic and contain some chemicals, which can cause negative side effects to our muscle growth and body.
The second thing to consider is that we can build muscles only if we do high intense workouts and for shorter durations. Doing workouts for longer time span will not have any change on our muscles.
There are many free weight and other machines related to weight lifting, which are available in expensive gyms and health clubs. They promote muscular growth through use of such machines by TV advertisement and other media.
But the reality is that they are expensive and will not be available for everyone. There are some home based workouts like barbell or dumbbell workouts, which we can, do right from our home and develop great abs and muscles. The longer time we work, the results will be better.
We should never quit after starting the workouts. We must plan the workouts for a weekly basis and strictly adhere to them. We must also see that the diet we consume is balanced and contain all the essential nutrients such as proteins and complex carbs since they are rich in calories and supply the necessary energy for the proper functioning of our body.
Diet is more important followed by rest for at least 8 hours a day during, which our muscle cells grow, and become regenerated.
