Even the shampoos and the conditioners that we use can have an adverse effect on those gorgeous locks, as they contain chemicals. But that does not mean that we should stop styling our hair. But for that, you need to take good care of your hair. Here are some simple tips that will come in handy when it comes to preventing hair fall.
We all know that exercise is good for health. But what we do not know is that regular work out is also beneficial for you hair as well. In this case the best form of exercise is walking. Now the question is, how does walking or any other form of exercise can help stop hair fall. The answer is simple. Any form of exercise regulates the blood flow. The blood flow and the oxygen are good for hair.
The next step is to have a healthy diet. A healthy diet has its impact on hair as well. Make sure your meal has enough of protein, minerals and vitamins. You can get all of that from different types of fruits, vegetables, fish etc. Eggs and milk are very important as they are good source of protein. Try to have fewer amounts of tea and coffee. And at the same time try and avoid alcohol.
There are so many colors available in the market, and once in a while you would want to change the color of your hair to bring a change in your look. I am not going to say do not color your hair, but when you do, make sure you use a good brand. And after coloring, ask an expert for special care tips.
After taking a shower, air dry your hair instead of using a dryer. The heat tends to damage the scalp, causing hair loss. But if it is necessary, then hold the dryer away from the hair.
