The speed of nail growth is increased if you enjoy a healthy diet. It’s a proven fact. Illness however, can slow it down. Following diet tips are important tips of growth of nails.
• You can take a grilled chicken on a wheat bun as it help to grow nails as well as add taste to your meal.
• Food rich in vitamin A as yellow fruits and oranges, veggies that are dark green will help you to get long and healthy nails in short period.
• All dairy products are rich in vitamin D and will help in growing nails.
• If your nails are constantly peeling, snapping or generally are not growing properly, you have to take care of your diet. The reason of above conditions must be lack of vitamin A in your body. You have to eat more cereals in your diet.
• You can prefer an omelette with cheese and tomatoes.
• Zinc is good for growth of healthy nails, for zinc, options include kidney beans, rice, chicken or cheese.
• For Vitamin C, chop up some green and red peppers and offer them to your family as a snack as this is a best option for growth of nails and tasty too.
• An egg salad sandwich that has lots of spinach in place of lettuce is a good option for nutrients necessary for the growth of nails.
• A wholesome cereal which should not have sugary stuff, along with two slices of whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter. This is a good option for nutrients.
