Great Taco Soup Recipe

Imagine begin a day with soup that thrills your sense!  This is exactly what this traditional Mexican taco soup does to you. It is filling as well as nutritious. The soup is basically made out of these ingredients such as cheese, any meat, fish, maize tortilla, beans, tomatoes, corn, nacho chips and avocadoes.

The soup can be made more yummy and delicious by adding different types of vegetables. The more explorative and innovative the more tasty soup you can make.

Let’s get down to the method of preparation of the great Taco soup. The ingredients for making taco soup are one lb of ground beef, take two cans of Mexican style tomatoes,  take two cans whole kernel corn, two cans Ranch style beans, one package of taco seasoning and one package of ranch mix. Once you have collected all these ingredients, start preparing.  Begin from the beef; cook the ground beef and drain.

After cooking them, then add all other ingredients one by one and stir or mix them well. Give twenty minutes for simmering the mixture, until the mixture becomes thick. Then make an end to the soup by adding tortilla chips and cheese or sour cream. The soup is ready to serve. Just try this recipe one fine morning or day and feel the difference in your taste.

You can make your own taco soup according to your choice, like you can make beef taco soup, chicken taco soup and you can even make vegetable taco soup. Taco soup recipe is not only for the non vegetarians. There are different ranges which you can opt for as per your taste. However, there is one ingredient which is a must in every taco soup and that is corn chips. It is needed even in vegetable taco soup without which taco soup is incomplete.
