It has tremendous power of healing skin ailments and one who indulges himself or herself is sure to benefit so much from it.

Now let’s learn how to make green vegetables salad. Before making salad ensure that you are counting the number of persons you will be serving and accordingly you can start preparing. Take cabbage, chop it finely, take carrot, peel it and grate them neatly. Now take tender turnip, beetroot, tomato, French dressing for four table spoon, curry leaves, don’t take or add to many, salt and pepper powder.

Cut tomatoes finely and all the vegetables should be washed properly and finely chopped. Sprinkle salt and pepper and if you like olive oil taste then you could add on to it. Now salad is ready and enjoy it.
