However, make sure you don’t starve yourself. This will have repercussion and may even lead you anorexia. So while you are into your fitness regime make sure you are filling balanced diet to your body.

Let’s begin with the first step to loose weight. When you eat food don’t eat as if you have never eaten in your entire life. Eat slowly this will help you to absorb vitamins and proteins to your body naturally. Don’t over eat. Eat regularly but less. The second thing, you must maitain proper routine to eat five to six times in a day. Eat less of sugar.

Your breakfast is your first and most important mantra to healthy regime. Don’t dare to skip breakfast. Make sure it contains all the items that are good for the starter. Your day begins with breakfast.

As night approaches, reduce your eating. Eat heavy in the morning then lunch and less at night. Since at night your body doesn’t remain active, so there is no chance of burning calories. Sleep with light food.
Make sure you eat early dinner atleast three hours before you hit the bed. You must not eat too oily and high calorie foods. Focus on green vegetables and colorful fruits. Slim and healthy is at your door step now.
