Get Ripped Muscles in 10 Weeks
Have you ever heard the expression work smarter and not harder? The same thing applies to working out at the gym. You want to give it your all in a short amount of time. Spending hours at the gym is pointless and not necessary. Get all of the intensity that you need from spending less time at the gym.
Static Contraction Training utilizes your workout so that you are in the gym working out for less time and getting more out it. Basically, you can lift double the weight for a less amount of time and get better results than lifting less weight for a longer amount of time. This actually stimulates the growth of your muscles.
Give yourself a test. Do a bench press in the manner of having the bar on two inches from your reach. Then, use from 30 to 100% more weight than you would use when you normally go to the gym. Without locking out, press the bar only 1 inch and then hold it for seven seconds. Then 5 days later, do this again but with 10 to 30 percent more weight and then do it again 5 days later and again add 10 to 30 percent more weight.
Next, do a leg press. You need to do this exercise and have the safety stops on at all times. You want the seat to be within 2 inches of full extension. With this one, you want to use from 100 to 200 percent more weight. Only press one inch from the safety stops. Again, hold this for 7 seconds and then release. Do this again 5 days later with another 20 to 50 percent and five days later again with 20 to 50 percent more.
You need to do these exercises on the same day and again in five days, both on the same day. Do this for 3 sessions and see the difference in your workout. You will find the stimulation in your muscle growth will be unlike anything that you expected and you will change the method of your workout.
