Get Rid Of Stretch Marks On Your Stomach
Stretch marks are fine lines and marks on your skin. Stretch marks are scars left behind when skin is overstretched, and fibers in the middle layer have broken. They most often occur during pregnancy, bodybuilding, extreme weight gain, occasionally puberty and are usually found on the abdomen, breasts, buttocks, legs, and upper arms.
Fresh stretch marks appear initially as red lines and then slowly fade to a pale white color over the course of several months. While it is possible to reduce and even eliminate the appearance of stretch marks, it is much easier to prevent them.
Stretch marks have primarily two causes: physical and hormonal. It can be caused by extreme stretching of the skin, which keeps the skin returning to its original position. Physical stretch can be caused by over doing of exercises or pregnancy stage. It can be placed when you take large weight in small period of time. Hormonal stretch marks ca also appears like continual steroid use of Cushing’s syndrome.
Treatment To Get rid Of Stretch Marks On your Stomach:
Use of moisturisers- Many a times stretch marks are seen on the belly region of the women who gave birth to a child. In that case they had an option as they can use moisturisers to get rid of stretch marks on your skin. Vitamin A and C are essential element for the skin. It helps to get new skin cells that may help you to get rid of unwanted stretch marks.
Useful Tip-To remove stretch marks acquired during pregnancy, use ½ tsp of aloe, ½ tsp of papaya pulp, 1 tsp rose water, 1 tsp of sandalwood powder, 10 drops of almond oil and 2 drops of lavender oil. Add 2 tsp milk cream to this. Mix all the items well and make the paste. Apply over the affected skin and massage gently before a bath. if you continue using this two times a week it will show you beneficial effect.
Maintain Your Weight – As stretch marks are result of getting excess weight so try to take balanced diet but don’t eat in frequent manner as it may cause weight gain. You must eat at priority time.
