Get rid Of Premature Greying of Hair
The hair has tendency to lose its color and as age reaches to advance stage it turns grey but premature greying is a morbid condition and it even makes young, look older. Grey hair in childhood is known as ‘premature greying of hair’. Hair grows in stages with a certain percentage of hair either growing or resting at one time.
The hair follicles that are little bag under the skin where hair is formed out of skin. It also contains pigment like melanin. Whenever the body starts producing this pigment, the hair become colorless, thus it gives way to grey hairs. The hair starts going white and when it mixes with darker hair it resembles the grey color. The pigment cells located at the base of each hair follicle produce the natural dominant color of our youth. However, the person grows older more and more pigment cells die and color is lost from hairs.
The first onset of grey hair and speed of greying hair varies from person to person. Most of the people start growing hair in late 20s but it was not noticed earlier. Premature greying of hair is a genetic problem as if a parent having grey hair in young age then chances of greying of hairs increased in that condition. Here are some of the important things mentioned below that can help you to get rid of grey hairs.
Ger rid of premature greying of hairs
Eating seafood is one of the things you can eat to promote all over growth of hairs. This food is rich in zinc, iodine and protein which are best for hair. So, if you like to eat seafood you can prefer to eat fish several times a week. Eating canned food is not as good as a fresh fish. If you don’t want to eat fish you can take fish oils or its supplement.
Cow’s buttermilk is beneficial if you want to get rid of greying of hairs. You can either drink or massage the head scalp with buttermilk once or twice a week gently.
Intake of curry leaves can help to prevent grey hairs. Boil the leaves in coconut oil and apply it to your hair regularly as it is helpful to bring back hair pigmentation.
Take a piece of ginger and grate it. Mix it with honey. You can have 1 spoon of it daily as it is helpful to prevent grey hairs.
If you are having any kind of stress, anxiety and jealousy this may give way to premature greying of hairs. So, try to avoid those conditions.
