They are; salmon, oranges, oatmeal, avocados and if you are a women go for skim milk. This will definitely relieve you from periods pain and stress. Salmon has ample amount of omega that checks the lost of balanced hormone and helps to restore them back.
Orange has got an excellent capacity to bring back your stressful life into normal because of the presence of adequate amount of vitamin C and for your kind information vitamin C is very good for relieving stress. So eat plenty of oranges and you can take in the form of juice too.
