Foods that Burn Away Pounds
There is a category of food when consumed burn more calories. If you take some selective supercharged snacks and drinks throughout the day repeatedly for some days you tend to lose weight. Complex carbohydrates and fiber rich food increases metabolism by keeping insulin levels low after you eat. The production of insulin sends a signal to the body to start storing fat. And in order to deposit fat, your body has to slow down your metabolism, causing you to burn fewer calories. Oatmeal breaks down slowly in the stomach; therefore, it causes less of a spike in insulin levels and increasing metabolism.
Taking breakfast helps to keep insulin production down, and increases the daily calorie exhaustion. It has been proved through a finding that eating breakfast increases the metabolism by as much as 10 percent, whereas, by skipping meals, the body metabolism becomes sluggish and commands your body to store fat.
The calcium found in milk and other food components is also a metabolic activity stimulant. A study found that people, who consumed between 1,200 and 1,300 milligrams (mg) of calcium in a day’s food, lost almost twice as much weight as people consuming less calcium.
A previous study also revealed that eating a spicy meal can enhance your metabolism nearly 25 percent, and calorie burning for further 3 hours after you finish eating. The people who consumed coffee with snacks containing red pepper and meals were able to burn nearly 1,000 calories in a day as compared to a non eating group.
When we restrict the number of calories in our body the metabolic rate goes down. As a result body starts increasing the pounds which are difficult to reduce or burn.
Caffeine intake speeds up your heart rate. As a result, the heart beating is increased and starts burning more calories.
