Foods Causing Aging
There are various reasons that can cause early aging, There is a whole bunch of harsh environmental factors like sunlight, toxins (like cigarette smoke and pollution), and then there’s oxygen-free radicals (caused by metabolic processes such as breathing). Free radicals are a type of molecule that has an unpaired electron. They are a normal by-product of metabolism and without them you would die, and over production of free radicals causes damage to your body.
But food is the major factor than can start the process of early aging. Various foods causing aging are artificial carbohydrates like pasta, bread, cakes, biscuits, sweets. They are easily available in market are very tasty to eat. Most of the meals are dominated by carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates are converted by the body into glucose, which is either used immediately for energy, or stored in fat cells. Carbohydrates make up an excessive proportion of the diet; if someone is not exercising regularly they add up more calories and end up in gaining excessive weight. By reducing your overall carbohydrate intake and reducing the size of your meals, you reduce your body’s exposure to free radical activity.
Poor diets, like low-carb diets or fast food diets, tend to keep you away on those foods that will give you the nutrients and antioxidants that you require to both protect and repair DNA damage. For this reason fruits and vegetables are so important – they are rich sources of those compounds that serve as “armor” for your DNA. You are going to get hit by environmental toxins and by sunlight and by metabolic-free radicals, but you are going to get hit a lot harder if you do not have the protection provided by such nutrient-rich foods.
Aging is an irreversible process so one must try to stop it at an early stage ,it can be only stopped if you are taking proper care of body.
