Being human beings we sometimes tied up with so many disgusting feelings, that nothing seem to be perfect for us. We become emotionally sick, get tired and sometimes quite screwed up in the office or from a failure relationships or physical sicknesses. To make you grow out of these blue feelings, foods could be the perfect solution for you. Probably you have not realized the importance of good foods yet.
Take these tips and try out. They are sure to bring good results.
If you are tired, take iron rich foods every day. They are meat, dark green vegetables, dried fruit and add grains to your diet. They are immensely helpful for many especially women. Don’t forget to add Vitamin C in you diet. It is a must.
Headache and hungry can be reduced if you drink 2 or more liters of water. The problem can be due to dehydration and it is a common winter thirst.
Add a bowl of breakfast cereal if you are feeling blue or emotionally weak. You are recommended to add vitamin B in your diet.
Cold and coughs are common winter problem. This can be reduced if garlic is taken. Many avoid to take it because of its strong smell. They don’t know that it can help them in many ways.
