Five Tips for Younger Looking Skin

1.  Use Natural Products.

Most of us choose to use name brand skin care products, thinking that they are the best for our skin. However, did you know that most of these well advertised name brand products actually contain harmful chemicals and synthetic materials? We did not even know it, until we investigated further the fancy names for these ingredients.

These harsh chemicals force people to think, that use of natural or organic skin care products may be better for their skin. They are right. Not only are natural skin care products better for you, they are actually more effective than their chemical substitutes.

Some of the top natural ingredients that you should look for are Phytessence Wakame, grapeseed oil and avocado oil. Wakame is sea kelp used by the Japanese to treat their skin. Combining Wakame with natural oils will protect the skin from harmful enzymes and add moisture to the skin, to prevent it from drying.

2.  Try to Increase Your Body’s Production of Collagen and Elastin.

The body naturally produces Elastin and collagen to keep the skin supple, and retain the skin’s elasticity. Without elastin and collagen, the skin will wrinkle and sag.
